Michael did a great job on our master bathroom remodel. His price was very competitive and he made recommendations to the space that we had not considered. He also detailed out the estimate of costs which other contractors did not. Michael has a strong attention to detail and does quality work, not to mention he is friendly and easy to work with. One thing that stood out for me was his ability to negotiate costs with vendors. He would fight to get the best price for us. The only negative we ran into with Michael was the length of time it took to complete the bathroom: he originally estimated 2-3 weeks and it actually took over 6 weeks. However, in the end Michael transformed our outdated and ugly bathroom into a beautiful one that we love. -Kyle

Michael and his crew did an excellent job on our kitchen remodeling. We have put in a lot of effort and investments into custom cabinets, granite counter top, and high-end appliances and we want the job to be done professionally. We interviewed 6 contractors and decided to go with Michael. We had the opportunity to review some of his previous projects and were very impressed with his creativity, workmanship, and level of detail. For our project, we had him raise the ceiling by 18” inches, move couple windows, install new windows and patio doors and reconfigure the kitchen layout. When it’s all done, the new kitchen looks beautiful and open. The only negative thing about the project was that it took a bit longer than the original plan. Michael was patient with us as we made changes to the plan as well as unexpected appliances late delivery. But that’s ok, we love our new kitchen. We are enjoying it everyday. Michael also went extra miles in helping me fixing a few small projects round the house. Overall I'm very pleased with his work and planning to have him remodel my master bathroom once I get my budget ready.

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

A good contractor will be able to provide design ideas, guide you through the remodeling process, and help keep your budget in check. More importantly, choose one which you feel most comfortable to work with; who shares common goals, honest, and easy to communicate with. Your contractor should explain all details on the job, including the brand names, models, floor plan, payment terms, scheduling and who is responsible for what. Don't just give the job to the cheapest bidder. "The sweet taste of a low price lasts only a short while. But the bitterness of poor quality, service and craftsmanship lasts a lifetime."
