In this case to be honest at the beginning we were in the edge of the seat hoping that it will turn out the way we envisioned it of course with very grounded expectations and knowing that it cannot always go the way you want it for technical reasons. With O.T Bay Builders it was truly STRESS FREE, no tricks no excuses it was an absolute easy process. They took so much of the worries away with great communication and by actually delivering solid results in every step. You can even see in the amount of specific tools and professionalism that they handle themselves with. The area was always clean and organized (considering it was a construction site). After the kitchen remodel we did the flooring all through out our house and a couple of bathrooms.
