My wife and I have been wanting to update our patio and garage for a few years and finally decided to do it. After looking around and getting a few quotes, we’re so glad that we went with Remodel Masters, the end result is exactly what we were hoping for.
Our goal was to make our patio a relaxing space and to extend the living area of our home. We worked with the Remodel Masters team on the design and they executed it to perfection, going beyond our expectation to make sure it’s done properly for the longevity of our home. For the garage, we needed a flex space. Storage was our main priority with a home gym as our second. After using the space for a few weeks now, we can honestly say that all our goals were achieved. We had unique design requests when it came to our garage and the Remodel Masters team was very patient and understanding with working with us to make sure they understood what we wanted and worked with us on how best to execute the design. Everything was done professionally and we are very happy that they went beyond our expectations when it came to quality of the work done.
We would definitely recommend the Remodel Masters team and will use them again for any future renovations.

He really understood what I needed and helped me find what type of flooring and underlayment would be best for me (my situation was trickier than most with poor insulation and sound problems). He was able so solve my problem and made my specific needs and clear vision come to life. The installation was done quickly and with great detail, I couldnt be happier. I had to replace flooring on the entire first floor of my home due to a main drain that backed up. I priced flooring and looked at samples from four different flooring stores. Floor Depot had great pricing, nice flooring products and down to earth, friendly and nice service. I worked with George and he was very responsive to my sense of urgency since the replacement was unexpected, I was renting the space out and I live in an unusual mountain area. The product came in on time and the flooring installation by Remodel Masters was excellent. The workmanship of the installation was top notch. The installers took the time and effort to do an excellent quality job. My home has many angles. I worked with the installers to make sure they used the paint I had kept from the original baseboards from a remodel 10 years ago. The baseboards look fantastic and my floor is absolutely beautiful! I highly recommend Floor Depot and their installation team, Remodel Masters.

Update 5/2024. We are returning customers that ordered carpet&installation. Selection was great, we got exactly what we wanted. (We are cat owners, so we had specific requirements in mind.) Installation crew was very processional, went over and beyond to accommodate our needs. Patiently and carefully moved our furniture around. They also installed skirting on our stairs (picture attached) before placing a new carpet so the stairs now look nice and complete.The original review:We are very satisfied with our experience with Floor Depot for both floor selection and installation. Out of ~7 stores we visited, customer support during selection process was the most professional: knowledgable, nice and patient (thanks, Mike!). The selection in the show room was wide and smart.We ended up ordering Brazilian Oak engineered wood floor and went with Floor Depots installation crew since we were looking for a convenient one-stop solution and the quote was very competitive.Ed made great suggestions during initial inspection. In particular we loved wooden flash air vents (see pictures). The crew stained them and matched the color very well. We love the new look!George and Ed stopped by our place during the installation almost every day which was very nice of them.The installation crew was very professional and very well coordinated. They adjusted their schedule to minimize impact of the installation on my elderly parents who live with us. They also kept the working area clean. They spent a lot of time checking underlayment and fixing all pre-existing problems. The same crew took care of baseboard installation and painting.Overall we are very happy with Floor Depot, it was truly worry-free experience. They are very honest people. We can not think of anything they could have done better. Will be coming back soon for re-carpeting the second floor.

Ok... about 250sft of living room floor was damaged due to a freaky water leak. The logical path forward was to replace 1200sft of lamintes as this one continuous flooring covering living, dining, kitchen, family, laundry and vanity. Here's where Michael came to the rescue! He researched the original flooring laid about 10 yrs ago... and I kid you not, found exactly the same laminates! Phew! Delivery happened in 3 days and we were off to the races. Now contrast this with 3 other stores I had visited prior. Each one took a look at the sample and offered close matches, but NO ONE bothered to research and spend time to find the original manufacturer just based on some codes and holograms barely visible on rear of the laminate surface! This is going ABOVE AND BEYOND! I would recommend Michael and the Floor Depot in a heart beat.
