Introduction: $175 initial is for first 90 min of evaluation, consultation, materials list / gathering & COMPLETION if it can be done on the spot. Many tasks can be handled right away & should be. One trip is better than two. After that a discussion about complexity, materials, people, and time takes place. We are well rounded problem solvers by nature. We won't give up on a tough problem.
