We have a 2 story children's Cottage in our rear yard that had dry rot damage caused by sprinkler water drift. Dave gave us a reasonable bid within a few days of first contact. It was important to us that the repaired areas closely match the non damaged areas. It turns out that the original siding used when the Cottage was built 17 years, ago is no longer available. Dave & his father shopped many local lumber yards and catalogs looking for an exact match and finally found a Special Order siding that was close enough and the work commenced. When the dry rot materials were removed, the hidden damage was more extensive than was apparent from the outside. We agreed to a fair 10% increase change order for the additional work required. When the work was completed and the affected areas painted to match, no one would ever know there had been dry rot damage. We would not hesitate to recommend that you use Dave's Handyman Services for your exterior or interior handyman work.

Dave held himself to the highest possible standard of excellence every day. His communication skills are excellent, letting us when he would be onsite, if he had to get materials, when the job would be complete. He was spot on with his quote and the job came in on time and on budget. He treated our home like his own. He was mindful and respectful of our family. His work was truly amazing. He is a true craftsman with incredible skills. Finally, he went above and beyond, while waiting for some paint to dry, he fixed a leaky faucet which was not part of the original quote. If you need a handyman, Dave is your guy! We will definitely use him again.

David and his crew did an excellent job installing a new 72 inch bathroom vanity. They were on time for each visit and very professional doing the work. It was a very difficult install because the unit was bigger than the space it had to go in and was VERY heavy (one piece assembled unit). They figured it all out and made it work! David is very friendly and competent. He brought in support staff with specific expertise when necessary. His followup visits for sheet rock, painting and base boards were timely and expedient. David also came back quickly to support a subsequent to install issue. I will definately use David again, and I highly recommend him. Additionally, his pricing was quite reasonable and fair making the project a good value. Thanks David!
