- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Full bathroom renovation (like to like shower or tub) starting from $14,000 including rough materials. Customer provides finish materials (Tile, grout, toilet, vanity etc). Full bathroom alteration (bathtub to shower, drain relocation, framing) starting from $20,000 including rough materials. Customer provides finish materials (Tile, grout, toilet, vanity etc)*
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, we visit the customer to estimate the scope of work and quote the price of the project. Then we start getting permits, preparing materials, planning and starting the project when everything is ready to launch
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have many years of experience working as a kitchen and bathroom installer and working as a handyman. We have a general contractor's license
