Paul and Ihor do excellent work. They added a bedroom to our 1919 apartment and matched all of the intricate trim and molding perfectly, saving and reusing the original materials. Beyond being skilled, they are prompt, respectful and professional. I could not recommend a better contractor than Paul, Ihor and Gloss Home!
Gloss Home Inc's reply

We loved working with Gloss Home on our bathroomremodel, Pavel and Igor were fantastic. A few things that stood out: - Very high quality work (construction, drywall, tile, and more) - Very competitive pricing - Highly responsive and proactive to meet project timelines - Highly respectful of neighbors (had several neighbors thank us for how well they cleaned up trash)
I'd highly recommend working with Gloss Home for any renovation project.

A previous contractor left my project unfinished, and Gloss Home stepped in and handled everything seamlessly. The whole process was stress-free clear communication, no delays, and the work was completed on time and to a high standard. My tenants moved in without a single issue. Gloss Home is the team I will always recommend to anyone looking for reliable, quality work.

Paul helped us with remodeling of our bathroom, kitchen, fireplace and installation of wood flooring. Both Paul and Ighor did an excellent job completing the project both timely and with great quality. We never had to follow up with them on their plans. Not only were they flexible when we had small changes in some areas but they offered several helpful suggestions as well. They were both passionate about their work and genuinely wanted their client to be satisfied. We highly recommend Gloss Homes without any hesitation.
FAQs
What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Bathroom remodeling projects vary depending on the scope of work.
* Like-for-like bathroom remodels (keeping the existing layout) typically start at $14,000, including labor and rough materials.
* Bathroom remodels with layout changes (such as converting a tub to a walk-in shower, relocating plumbing, or framing modifications) typically start at $20,000, including labor and rough materials.
Homeowners typically provide finish materials such as tile, grout, vanities, toilets, plumbing fixtures, mirrors, and accessories. We provide free estimates and transparent pricing with no hidden fees.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We begin with a free on-site consultation to understand your goals, evaluate the project, and provide a detailed estimate.
Once the proposal is approved, we finalize the scope of work, obtain permits if required, order materials, schedule the project, and maintain clear communication throughout construction until the final walkthrough.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team has been working in residential remodeling since 2017, specializing in bathrooms, kitchens, and complete home renovations.
We are a California licensed general contractor and continuously stay up to date with local building codes, permitting requirements, and industry best practices.
