The thing I would hope to impress upon customers is a realistic expectation about time required to do any particular job. I had to learn over time what to resonantly expect from myself and other carpenters , and subcontractors on the job. Setting and maintaining clear and well communicated milestones goes along way to a customers satisfaction with the job being performed.
