I hired House Clean Pro for a deep clean of my home and their quote was the most affordable I received, which was a big plus. The crew was punctual and their communication through the app was excellent and very responsive. However, I was surprised to find that vacuuming was missed entirely. While some areas received a good level of attention, the overall thoroughness felt inconsistent in other areas, especially for what I would expect from a 'deep clean.' As a first-time user of a cleaning service, perhaps my expectation was off, but I anticipated vacuumed floors at the least if not near perfect cleanliness in others. To their credit, when I provided feedback immediately after the service, they were very responsive and offered to come back and vacuum to make things right. I appreciate their willingness to address the issue. Overall, while the deep clean wasn't what I fully expected for certain aspects, their prompt communication and offer to rectify the missed vacuuming are noteworthy.

I reached out to House Cleaning Pro for a deep clean and Daniel was very quick to respond and get me scheduled. The crew arrived and did a really thorough job cleaning top to bottom. They didn’t ask a lot of questions and even organized things to my liking. Overall I’m super satisfied with the work and will be reaching out to get regular cleans scheduled!

Hi, I had to schedule a last minute cleaning and these guys were prompt at scheduling as quick as within an hour. Loved their services and the cleaners went above and beyond with even cleaning out dishes in the sink. Extreme professionalism at a reasonable rate. Will book again for sure.

I requested a deep cleaning, it was more of a regular cleaning. The bathroom floors did not get cleaned behind the toilet and sink, but otherwise, they did a ok job. I have a lot of windows and wanted the blinds cleaned, they did that.
