Unfortunately I would like to give this person a zero. We had set up a time and day and I confirmed it with her. She had text me about 4 days prior to the job to be done. Requesting me to send her the address to confirm it that her phone had been damaged or lost. And she had given me an alternative number. I sent what she needed. She did not respond. Today is the day that the job is supposed to be done and she never showed up or called. I really depended on her coming because this is a a deep cleaning clean out. She agreed to everything that I had stated up front so it wasn't no surprise of what she would be doing and addition my son and I would have been here to be able to help with anything else that needed to be completed. I am furious for the fact that she did not even have the audacity to call me. I still need someone to actually come in and do the work but because it's the last minute I have no one else to resort to. I do not recommend her at all. Do not hire her.
