FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
its really hard to price out a home for cleaning without seeing it first. i dont charge by the hour. someone can charge you so much per hour and they will just milk it as long as possible just for that hourly rate. and not to mention the low quality of work. when you charge by the job you get a feel of with is most important to the customer what areas most need attention and concentrate on that and fill in the rest.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
my cleaning skills i have to give to my mom. she taught me everything. how to be fast but through.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
At a very young age durning summer vacation and when i was home from school i was going with my mom on her house cleaning jobs. my mom was always cleaning. our house had white floors and light carpet. they were always spotless. we had to keep our rooms spotless and organized always. as i got older i went on home study and started cleaning my own houses to pay for my school and car. everything she taught me about cleaning i still use. I am fast but thorough with my cleaning projects.
