- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My prices are very competitive and will always work with the customer who may ask for some kind of a discount.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will communicate with my customer over a phone call or text for a brief consultation over their request before any estimate can be given. I like to see the scope of the work, if necessary, in order to give my clients a very accurate quote and eliminate any future surprises or added costs to my customers or myself.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I painted military aircraft for over 15 years with a STAR4D certification. Years of experience on how spray equipment works, jam, and how to fix for a flawless application. I was trained on how the humidity, temperatures, accurate mixing ratios, various substrate corrosion issues, and poor surface preparation can negatively affect any paint applications final results.
