We know the importance of reducing waste, so we made our goal to keep all junk out of landfills by 2025! When we take away your unwanted items we go to local charities (HOPE, Habitat, Goodwill, and more) around San Jose, Santa Clara, and nearby. Since the items donated were yours once upon a time, we will send you a tax-deductible receipt for helping out your own community! If your items can't be donated, no worries! We recycle unwanted items as much as possible to ensure that your environment is protected at all times. Wow! I'm finding it hard to say just how delighted I am with my Luggers. Not only were they on time, and friendly, and communicative, and good-humored; they got rid of my cra..., errr, stuff with startling efficiency. They were patient when I had to move things out of the way so they could do their job, and managed to get all of I wanted to get rid of in one truckload by basically solving a three-dimensional Tetris Boss-level puzzle. I was, and am, in awe. Did I mention they were efficient? I almost wish I had more stuff so I could use them again. Needless to say, they have my highest recommendation.

I had an excellent experience with Junkluggers. From the start, the communicated clearly with me about price. I was able to easily book an appt. on line. They confirmed and kept in touch with me in the meanwhile. The guys that came out to my place to remove the couch were so courteous and careful not to bump other furniture or walls in my place. They were on time, worked very swiftly, and so respectful and professional.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We price the service charge primarily on the volume it takes on our truck. Our trucks are larger than most of our competitors. A full truck can accommodate a studio or a small one-bedroom apartment. Our minimum starts at $134.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When you book an appointment with The Junkluggers, we give a 2-hour window. A minimum of 2 professionals arrives and assess the space it occupies on our truck. We provide a FREE NO-OBLIGATION on-site estimate. With our price assurance, you NEVER pay more. If we overestimate, we charge only the space it actually takes on our truck but if we underestimate, you NEVER pay more. It's a win-win!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our crew goes through multiple trainings before starting to shadow senior staff in the field. Team and customers' safety is one of our top priorities.
