My stuff was picked up but a day later than expected. Mr J was supposed to call on the weekend before pickup but said he lost his phone. Then on the day of pickup he reported problems with his truck. At least he called to let me know he would not be on time and promised to pick up my stuff later that evening. He is a friendly and personable guy. I liked him but in the end there was a lack of professionalism.
