At K Young Remodeling, we pride ourselves on offering highly competitive pricing due to our low overhead, which allows us to pass savings directly to our customers. We also offer a 15% discount to seniors and veterans as a way of giving back to the community. Our pricing is transparent, with no hidden fees, ensuring that you know exactly what you're paying for from the start.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
At K Young Remodeling, we like to keep things simple and transparent. First, we schedule a free consultation—either in person or online—to get a sense of your project. Then, I provide an estimate and a 3D design if needed. Once you're ready, we’ll sign a contract or a design contract. From there, we start shopping for fixtures together to ensure everything fits your vision. We then schedule the work, giving you a tentative timeline that we update weekly to keep you in the loop!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’ve gained a lot of experience in the remodeling industry since 1996, working in various roles and learning from some great mentors along the way. Their guidance and my hands-on experience have helped me grow, and eventually led me to start my own company, K Young Remodeling. My journey has been all about learning, improving, and delivering quality results for my clients.
