- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge for projects on a project basis. However, I also charge for additional revisions that surpass the given timeframe for a particular project. Prices change with project based on size, concept, media, etc.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a BFA in Graphic Design from SJSU. To stay up-to-date with the technologies, I continually research tutorials and workshops. I also research what is "new" in design and try to implement what has and hasn't worked as part of the design process.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I was always good with computer courses, especially in HS. My cousin was always helpful with my questions because he's an animator. I took a desktop publishing (now graphic design) course that I loved. I've dabbled in animation, web design, and java but really fell in love with graphic design. I've loved it ever since.
