Introduction: Cross Hatch Eatery is primarily a corporate catering company that curates menus for each particular occasion. We are able to create any type of cuisine preference and add in decor work to assure our client's event is a huge success! Cross Hatch Eatery can also be found in the Farmer's Market & Festival Scene. We've completed major events in the past like BottleRock Napa Valley, Hardly Strictly Bluegrass and many, many, more. You can also find our Bao Bun Plates at the 626 Night Market! Together our team of Chefs have about twenty years of experience in the entrepreneurial culinary industry. We also pride ourself in being the one stop shop that supports our fellow small business owners, so, if you require any assistance in event planning, floral work, music & lights and in general ANYTHING you may need for an event's success - we are who you need to contact! From the moment we placed an inquiry, through the end of our event, Adrian and his staff delivered excellent customer service and a delicious meal: -Followed-up to ensure my initial questions were answered so I could make an educated decision about hiring a caterer -Helped me select an appropriate menu for my event and created a special request item, which wasn't on their menu -Arrived early to ensure setup was underway, before guests arrived -The setup (pop up tent) was beautiful with dark linens to create a refined presentation for our event -Remained flexible and calm throughout the event -Most importantly, the food was delicious and exceeded our expectations. The guests enjoyed it tremendously...and many of our guests are foodies...so that speaks volumes about the talent of this team! I look forward to working with Cross Hatch Eatery on future events.

I hired Cross Hatch Eatery to cater for my company's Wednesday lunches and they were delicious!! I found this gem at our local Fremont farmers market and was so excited they started to cater! We had a lot of last minute changes and Adrian was so easy going about changing things up and even adding extra in order to make sure everyone was satisfied! We still order from them bi-weekly! I love that they change up their market specials monthly! Definitely give them a try. Thanks so much for all the change and joy you bring to our office lunches!

I hired Cross Hatch Eatery for our 2015 Halloween Party at our home. Adrian was easy going, calm, and flexible. he worked with us on cost, space provided, and our desired serving time. the food was amazing and well presented to our guest. Also they cook everything on site, so my guests really enjoyed watching the process. lastly, the food had noticeably fresh ingredients. it was one of those meals where you felt very full & satisfied without feeling lethargic. great type of meal for a party. i would advise anyone to hurry & hire Cross Hatch before they blow up and get too busy! without a doubt will use them again.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our catering prices are based off of how many people we are catering to. Generally, the price range for our signature bao buns range from $10.00-$12.00 a person. Our farmer's market specials range from $10.00-$15.00 a person.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Many of our founders have gone through culinary school or are currently working under several renown celebrity Chefs! They tend to keep the names secret, but, if you ask them in person they may actually tell you!
How did you get started doing this type of work?
The founders of Cross Hatch Eatery have always envisioned this path since our early teen years. We simply, love food and wanted to share the same joy we found within it, with everyone else!
