- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing depends upon the amount of content development required to create an excellent experience for your audience. In some cases my content will work perfectly without changes and my fee will be lower. Travel over 50 miles adds $150 and any air travel and/or hotel requires reimbursement.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. Have a conversation about the audience and the goal of the presentation. 2. Edit any content necessary to tailor the talk or workshop to the audience and the goals. 3. I send an outline of the content for approval. 4. I show up and we have a great time getting people motivated.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a Creative Director who has mentored people for over 20 years. I have done talks in my industry for groups as large as 1,500 attendees and I've been the keynote speaker at events in and out of the design world. I have run a successful business for a long time so I know what motivates people, I know how to create success and I know how to operate a company.
