CREATIVITY, FIND YOUR "ON" SWITCH: how to open up your thought process and use the power of creative thinking in your work. BE A ROCKSTAR: what happens when you decide to unleash your potential and how to do that. I love the feeling of inspiring a large group of people in a short amount of time. Whether it's helping women navigate their professional goals and challenges or teaching people how to turn on their creative thinking ability, I can't think of a better way to share my experience. I always bring my sense of humor and prefer to deliver an unfiltered workshop, if your group doesn't like to laugh I'm not the right woman for the job.

I have been a client of EandI Designs since 2004, and Erin and Ilene are consummate professionals. One of the most difficult roles in leading a Marketing Department is to ensure that team members can push themselves beyond the day to day grind of tactical thinking. We recently brought Erin and Ilene to the corporate office for a full-day creative workshop. The intention was to help our team members cultivate their individual long-term vision while aligning with the company’s corporate goals. Through a series of exercises developed by EandI, our team brought to the surface their own creativity and established the company’s story and “voice” for 2018 and beyond. The workshop was not only fun and engaging, but the exercises also brought out the best in each individual’s talent. As a result, we developed a stronger corporate style guide and began building more memorable content that underscored the corporate brand. From unique stand-alone design projects to pushing the team beyond their comfort zone in this workshop, Erin and Ilene have never let me down on any project or assignment we’ve given them. Their vision, grasp of the client’s product and understanding of the core elements of marketing make them a pleasure to work with.

The list of "what did you like about working with Erin" options is utterly boring, because it does't include what I think are her most important characteristics: humor, creativity, design sensibility, passion, enthusiasm, effervescence, fearlessness, genuineness, generosity ... and humor. Can't say enough great things about Erin. She gave a presentation on "How to be a rockstar client manager" to our team of 6 ladies. She was prepared, was able to break people out of their shells, and made the learnings actionable. Months later our team still references some of the key take aways from her presentation.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing depends upon the amount of content development required to create an excellent experience for your audience. In some cases my content will work perfectly without changes and my fee will be lower. Travel over 50 miles adds $150 and any air travel and/or hotel requires reimbursement.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. Have a conversation about the audience and the goal of the presentation. 2. Edit any content necessary to tailor the talk or workshop to the audience and the goals. 3. I send an outline of the content for approval. 4. I show up and we have a great time getting people motivated.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a Creative Director who has mentored people for over 20 years. I have done talks in my industry for groups as large as 1,500 attendees and I've been the keynote speaker at events in and out of the design world. I have run a successful business for a long time so I know what motivates people, I know how to create success and I know how to operate a company.
