- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Flat fee prices means you pay one time for a service. You will not receive separate charges for e-mails, phone calls, stamps or copies.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We have a free initial consulation via Zoom to establish scope of work and give a flat fee quote.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My technical background is Civil Engineering and Electrical Engineering so most of my patent work involves computers, netowrking, and mechanical inventions.
