If so I specialize in performance trainings such as: Plyometrics (maximum explosion exercise), footwork, conditioning, speed & strength. In addition, I specialize in personal training such as: strength, cardiovascular training (agility, and HIIT), boxing, and basic fundamentals of working out (learning proper form of upper body workouts and lower body workout's).

From the start Daniel was professional and respectful! Communication was amazing whenever I had a late adjustment to my daily schedule. In the regard to training Daniel is a well competent individual within fitness/training. Daniel was willing to adjust the training regiment whenever I had a shift in my fitness’s goals. I could definitely see a difference in my athletic and fitness skills from consistently training with Daniel.
