Introduction: Gillette Fitness and Fighting offers one-on-one personal training sessions in the convenience of your own home. I will travel to you and I provide all equipment necessary. Each session is a one hour full body workout. I personalize every workout to each of my clients individual needs and goals. To eliminate the risk of burn out, each session is designed specifically to keep things fun and exciting without allowing the body to become accustomed to the same old routine. Which ultimately results in hitting a plateau. I am confident if you utilize my experience and the tools I have to offer that you'll reach your healthy lifestyle goals. I personally lost over 130 lbs. without using quick fix diet pills or supplements. It is possible to reach your goals naturally by following a consistent workout routine and basic nutrition.
Pricing varies depending on how many sessions per week and whether we are doing individual or group sessions. Basic individual pricing is as follows:
* $55 per session (one session per week)
* $50 per session (2 sessions per week)
* $45 per session (3 or more sessions per week)
* Couples sessions - $75 per session
