Lisa was great with my two cats. She is quick to respond to any questions, comes at the time she says she would, and communicative. Got pics of happy pets for every visit :)

Lisa, my pet sitter, was absolutely amazing and professional. Not only did she care for my pets, but she also house-sat and went above and beyond. She tidied up, kept everything spotless, and even took out the trash and recycling bins. While I was on vacation, I’ve never felt more at ease or grateful knowing my dogs and home were in such good hands.

Lisa has been walking my dog, Ernesto, in the middle of the day when I am at work in Santa Cruz. This working very well. She often sends a picture of Ernesto out on a walk. I am relieved to know that he gets out of the house while I am at work.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
25 to 30 for dog walking and cat visits per visit. 75 and up for petsitting overnights includes any medication and dog walking
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I meet in person to discuss your needs and meet your pets for a free consultation.I have a checklist to make sure I have all your needs met.All behavior issues of your pets, keys codes feeding and walking habits.I also send daily pics and messages so you know how your pet is doing.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Dog training and behavioral classes plus CPR.I am able to respond to an emergency and I always make sure I have your vet information on hand with a permission slip to take to vet. I also can give injections and give oral medication
