We hired Ray to pressure clean sidewalks around the house, driveway and patio all of which had been un-cleaned for years. The walkway in front is aggregate and shaded so the moss has built up a lot, same with the patio area to the point of being dangerous when wet.
Armed with his powerful trailer mounted system he arrived right on time, The driveway had an accumulation of oil and transmission leaks from my daughters car. Noticing this, he placed petroleum filter pads on both sides of the driveway to insure the stuff would not go into the storm drain system. Then he began to blast away, With each pass of the nozzle I was amazed at the power and result. He even offered to let me give it a try. Good thing he's a big guy, tough on the arms to hang on. The results were amazing, especially the patio and moss imbedded walkway - turned out like new! I was surprised to find how little water was actually used - low volume, high pressure, The whole job took about 2 1/2hrs. He even washed down the front and side of the house in the process! I would not hesitate to use Ray again, also has a great personality. An easy 5
+stars. Too bad this site doesn't accommodate pictures since a took a bunch of before/after shots. In fact I plan on painting my house in early fall. Pressure washing beforehand is an excellent part of the prep work. Ray will be my choice to do this. Believe me, it's harder than it looks!
