I believe that I can help my customers to heal. What ever they are going through at that time, they all feel much better and less stressed after my touch. This why I always have return customers and lots of them become my customers for life and some even close friends. I have been working in a medical field for more then 20 years, and I have been told that I have a very healing energy and touch. I love helping others and I get a deep satisfaction when my client would tell me after the session "I feel like a new person" ... Or "can I take you home:)"

I do Triathlons and train like crazy to improve my performance. As part of my recovery routine I have been using Tamara's services for years, around 5 twice a week, and her Sport Massage is phenomenal. I have experienced a faster recovery time and my endurance has been improving doing this convination of hard training and recovery activity. If you do any type of sports, I strongly recommend to try her massage. Worthy to try! And if you do not to sports but need a good relaxing body therapy you should also try.

I workout a lot and I use massages to recover after workouts. Tamara not only has a great studio with relaxing music and natural oils but also provides with a personalized treatment when I need it (injuries, pain points, flexibility, etc…). It is worthy to try and, if you do, you will repeat!

I saw her for therapeutic massage several years ago. She is highly skilled, sensitive to my special needs due to injury and chronic tightness, and fun to talk with. She has a lovely setting and wants to be sure you are comfortable. She is also well-educated and easy to talk with.

I was VERY impressed with the quality of Tamara's massage. I have had massages in many countries and i can honestly say her service is world class. Tamara is qualified to perform many types of massage including cupping. I opted for a regular Swedish massage. I initially had booked an appointment for 30 minutes (for comparison purposes) but it soon became obvious i should have booked for 60 minutes. (or more) It is difficult to describe her qualities, but what stood out for me was her touch, for some reason she seems to have a kind of magic touch, it is instantly calming and soothing, her positive attitude and professionalism is worth it. I have recommended her to all my friends and colleagues. You will not be disappointed, trust me. Kevin

I've had several massage sessions with Tamara. She is always professional, efficient, Maintains a good amount of pressure, not to light or not too strong. She's certainly among the top two or three masseuses I used in the Bay Area. Highly recommend!

  • What types of customers have you worked with?

    I creat individual strokes to meet my clients needs. I also offer the dry or moist heating pad to relive clients lower back or shoulders pains and tension. On a top I also offer deep stretches. I provide an acupuncture mat for a better blood circulation.

  • What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

    I am a health hut:) I have a deep knowledge in Nutrition Science and back ground in Phycology. I love hiking and all other outdoors activities.
