I am working with Phil Rooss as my main contact. He is very professional and attentive to all my needs. I transferred my commercial property with 6 tenants to Tenant Planet a month ago. The transfer and handout was seamless and smooth. Property managers should take over the duties of the owners and make the owners' life less stressful. Phil and Tenant Planet do just that. I would highly recommend them to all owners.

If you have a rental home, please finish reading my story. It begins with a tragic opening, but it has a good ending. I bought a house in Boise in 2018. My intention was for retirement, but involuntarily I became a landlord. I rented my place out for 2/3 of the market price. 4 years later, my tenants bought their own home. They moved out in the middle of the winter. I lived far away, knowing it would not be wise to leave a house empty there, I went online to look for a property management company. I wanted that company to handle my house and care for my tenants . I saw two companies with good reviews from Yelp. One asked for 8% from the rent for monthly charge and the other 9%. I thought good things came with a price, so I signed my house away for 1 yr with 9%. It took two weeks, the house had gone through a total make over, and my wallet also. I discovered I over paid about 30% for the projects that my property management company had directed. I had the freedom to hire my own contractors, but in reality, it was not easy. I was bombarded by email and miscellaneous charges. According to the contract, there was a 10 % overlooking fee for every project for my house. It's better be late than no knowing that I was fallen into a scam. To stop the bleeding, I had to weigh on dying from anemia or from hemorrhaging. I consulted a real estate lawyer, but I had no case because the stupid contract which I signed! I prayed every night and asked for guidance. One day, my prayer was answered. My persistence in saying NO to that management company worked, after 2 months of misery and apprehension, we dissolved our contract mutually. My bleeding finally stop! Here comes the good part of my story. I went online again and looked for another property management firm. Since I've learned from my last mistake, I swore to God I would not be fooled again! I found Tenant Planet Property Management. They charge half of what I had paid for management fees. There is no kick back or conflicts of interest among us. I was not coerce into projects. I was super cautious about contract though. My memory about that blood sucking company was still fresh. I am opposed to contract. Fortunately, I am with Tenant Property Management on monthly contract for almost 3 months now. I feel confident enough to say that I hired a good company. I like my agent Ryan Von Knipe, I can hear his voice full of eagerness and energy. He is approachable and patience. He contacted my former management firm and transferred everything to under the care of Tenant Planet. Among their team members, I contacted their accounting department most. I can rely on them to take care of my house and tenants when problems arise. Since I am half a world away, portal access does not work for me. For my situation, accounting department is flexible and willing to send me my monthly statement by email. They will also take care of other errands like property tax, home association fees and insurances etc. If you are reading this, I wish you the best of luck! I hope you don't have to go through what I had gone through before I found Tenant Planet!

Megan was absolutely wonderful! Top notch in every way! She got my property rented in less than 2 weeks! But just as importantly she cares about her clients, delivers excellent service, communicates well, is responsive, is reliable, is attentive to detail, goes above and beyond- I could go on. I was very happy with Megan, she exceeded my expectations. If you have an opportunity to work with her, don't hesitate. She is truly a gem of a human.

I love working with this organization. They are friendly, professional and had some terrific ideas for getting my house ready to resent. They found terrific tenants. I am very pleased with my property manager, he has gone far above and beyond for me, meeting service people, checking on property, offering great suggestions. They are reasonably priced and I have total confidence in their service. Great follow through and terrific communication at all times!
