My agent Trisha Aughe with Tenant Planet is highly commendable; very professional with good work ethics; she keeps her appointments and shows up on time; and addresses questions and concerns without delay. There are many choices in property management companies, but after a thorough vetting process we chose Tenant Planet - and they did not disappoint. Renting your home during a pandemic is already challenging, but our representative, Holly Bruce, went above and beyond the expectations of her role and did everything possible to ensure we had quality tenants and that our property was ready for them to move-in during this tricky time. She was professional, flexible, and the epitome of grace under pressure. If we had to do this process again or had to recommend a resource to close friends and family, Holly would be the first person we would contact. I love working with this organization. They are friendly, professional and had some terrific ideas for getting my house ready to resent. They found terrific tenants. I am very pleased with my property manager, he has gone far above and beyond for me, meeting service people, checking on property, offering great suggestions. They are reasonably priced and I have total confidence in their service. Great follow through and terrific communication at all times!

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

    Our pricing is a "a la carte" service, meaning you pay for what you need. We offer ongoing property managment for a flat fee of $79 a month! With our RentalWatch™ program. When you need tenant placement we offer our TenantMatch™ for only one month's rent with an average days on market of just under 3 weeks.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
