I needed a Hero and Plumbing Tech arrived- I had a water valve issue which needed to be repaired before a retailer returned to install a refrigerator- turns out it was a non-issue and nothing was wrong. I was left with the confidence that all was right and provided me with the confidence to hold the retailer accountable for their poor skills and my wasted time.
