Manuel came on time and did very professional analysis for the reported minor roof leakage problem , he quickly identified the two broken tiles on the roof. Although I didn't get a chance to Iet him to replace the two tiles due to his schedule. I am very impressed by his professional service, he honestly discuss problems with confidence. In the future, for roof maintenence purpose, I might want to hire him to install some gutter guard so I don't need to have gutter cleaned once per year.
