We discovered that a roof leak was causing moisture damage to our newly installed hardwood floors, and Top Tier Roofing came highly recommended. After getting two very different opinions from other roofers, we contacted Top Tier directly. Gil came out within 24 hours, clearly explained the issue with our tile roof, and recommended the appropriate repair and maintenance. The photos they provided helped us understand the problem and feel confident in the solution.Despite it being the rainy season and us leaving for vacation, Gil was able to move the project up. The two-person crew completed the repair in one day, and the leak was fully resolved. We also appreciated their patience and understanding with payment timing while we were away.Professional, knowledgeable, empathetic, and reasonably priced. Highly recommend Top Tier Roofing.

They helped me fix the roofing leaks at pretty reasonable price.The project manager is knowledgeable and provided pretty affordable quote. Compared to another company, their price is about 35% cheaper.The actual repair time was a week before the scheduled one since other customers may change their schedules.The two workers finished the job in one day. They removed all debris and sent me about 100 photos of their work.The whole process was smooth and with no glitches. It's a pleasant experience to work with them.

Top Tier Roofing in Morgan Hill just completed installation of new shingles on my home. The entire process went flawlessly.I am planning to install solar panels, and as part of the solar companys planning process, they did an inspection of the site. What they found was that the roofs asphalt shingles had many areas which were getting toward the end of their life. I had 3 companies inspect the roof and provide estimates for replacing the shingles. And what was very important, was to complete the work without delaying the solar installation project. Roxanne, part of Top Tier Roofings office staff, was a delight to work with. She understood my situation and the timing required. She arranged for an immediate inspection by Porfirio. He came out right away and was excellent at sizing up the situation and explaining my options. Porfirios experience was evident. Top Tier provided me an estimate without delay. I wasted no time in advising them that if they could do the job without negatively impacting the timing of the solar installation, that I would like to move ahead with signing a contract. Less than a day later, I had worked with Top Tier Roofings owner, David and we had a signed contract. Not only did Top Tier Roofing assure me that they could start without delay, they indicated that they could complete the job in three days. And the icing on the cake was that their pricing was very competitive.Top Tier Roofing sent a crew out bright and early on the scheduled start day, efficiently removed the old shingles and tar paper, exposing the wood below. They did an inspection, looking for dry rot and any damage from termites or insects. They found one area which showed evidence of damage, replaced it right away, and prepared for installation of the new shingles. New underpayment went down and the shingles followed shortly. Top Tiers crew installed the new roof in less time than estimated. They did an excellent job of picking up and hauling away the old shingles, tar paper, nails and staples (I think there were about 5 billion of them). The care they took with the cleanup really showed me the pride that they took in their work, and the high values and standards instilled by management. The excellent communications from the owner, David, to the general manager, Gilbert, and to the project manager, Porfirio . . . all made the process run smoothly; on time and on budget. I was very pleased with the entire project and the way this group of professionals handled every aspect of it. My new roof looks great! I would highly recommend Top Tier Roofing. They were simply excellent.

After calling 2 other roofing companies for service and not getting a response, I called Roxanne at Top Teir she scheduled an inspection the following day, where Porfilio went out and did a full inspection. The following day I received a professional report to forward to my insurance company. I would highly recommend Top Teir for all your roofing needs.

Top Tier are easy to work with and worked closely with us to install our roof and then had to come back to replace damaged ones .The damaged ones were due to foot traffic and heat during installment. There were some problems as the roofing material is soft due to its thickness and needed replacement in some areas . They replaced it in the damaged areas no charge .The type of roof we bought was presidential Solaris .Just know when you buy this style roofing its got a lot of tar in each piece which makes it last longer ,but if its warm out it gets softer. Dont walk on it! Also its definitely much warmer in our house due to its thickness and color.Especially up stairs .With that said it looks nice and it will last 50 years.Top Tier were all very kind, respectful and professional in handling our situations with our home roofing.. We are satisfied with their work and would call on them again for any roofing needs .
