Jon is very professional and does his due diligence while solving an issue, the way he deals is first understanding the problem before visiting (hey hey he respects his time as well as client's time) and then he looks-up all probabilities of what can go wrong with the issue and gets solutions tested accordingly, which is a good way to make sure you have the best solution on board.
