Pricing is based on hours, complexity, and ingredients. A flat service fee includes setup, equipment, and service. Premium ingredients are itemized. A 10% discount is offered for events booked 60+ days out. No hidden fees—everything is detailed upfront.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My process is built on collaboration and seamless execution. It begins with a deep-dive consultation to understand your vision, venue, and guests. I then craft a completely custom menu proposal for your review, followed by a tasting to perfect the selections. Once approved, I personally handle all sourcing and preparation. On the day, I manage the entire bar operation solo, ensuring a premium experience from setup through the last pour and cleanup.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My foundation is equal parts mentorship and independent study. I trained under an award-winning mixologist in classic methods, but I’m equally dedicated to my own ongoing research into flavor science and seasonal sourcing. This balance of disciplined technique and creative curiosity is what allows me to build menus that are both methodical and exciting.
