We had a horrible 2nd floor bathroom mishap as our toilet flooded and caused some leakage and other damages. We determined to change the toilet and hired Maksat. He was very professional and helped install our new toilet in no time, taking the time to clean up afterwards. Just in case, he also did a quick snake check to see if there was a clog in the pipes, which might have caused the flooding. Maksat went above and beyond and also explained every step of the way. If we have any other plumbing issues, Maksat would be the first person I contact.
