I had an urgent issue with 2 toilets that were clogged and overflow into the showers. A messy situation that needed immediate attention. Nelson called me back right away and try to best understand and assess the situation. He accommodated to stop by the same day within 3 hours of being contacted. Once on site he sized the situation, confirmed the issues and proposed an approach to fix them. His initial price estimate was pretty much on the dot. He not only fixed the problem and unclogged the two lines, he also cleaned the bathrooms and left them clean and in working condition. He also saw that our sewer line cleanout needed a cap to protect the line from debris and dirt to get in. He suggested that we get it from a hardware store. All along, Nelson was super friendly and willing to explain what he was doing and what we could do to avoid this types of issue in the future. Nelson will be on my short dial list for any future plumbing needs. Thanks for the great work.
