Did a really great job fixing my house window. Responded quickly to my message and was able to fix my window the next day. Window was fixed in less than an hr. Will recommend to family and friends, if you need work done asap.
I needed the glass replaced one the same and it being a Sunday, I was also looking at someone to do it at a reasonable price. They bought the material to the site, cut the glass, and fixed the problem with no issues on the same day within 2 hrs of my call.
What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We may not be the cheapest but we stand by our work- It is our source of pride to deliver quality results.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, our technician evaluates the project with the information provided such as photos and measurements. Then we schedule an appointment for a thorough walk through with the client to take accurate measurements and better understand your expectations/concerns.
Our office assistant writes up the estimate and after you approve we collect a security deposit that is credited towards the overall balance. Finally we schedule an appointment for installation and collect the remainder of balance upon completion of the job.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have about a decade of specialty experience in the Window Industry. Prior to that I had 2 years of experience as a handyman working with property managements providing multiple home services and repair work necessary.
