About
My background is eclectic and constantly growing. I balance myself with soft gentle practices such as: restorative/yin, qigong, and meditation; with the stronger practices like ashtanga yoga, martial arts, weight-lifting and calensthentics. Seeing myself and others progress little by little each day.

One word after a yoga session with Jonathan: "revitalization!" Before that I have had horrible shoulder, neck and back problems from spending all day in front of the computer. His understanding and techniques helped me get out all my knots and kinks. Fair rates, interesting conversation, in a warm/pleasant environment. Jonathan definitely gets 5 stars from me.

Jonathan is a world class instructor well versed in his skills. I thoroughly enjoyed every moment of my session and can not recommend him enough. Once you think it’s as good as it gets, it gets better. He is knowledgeable and thoughtful in how sessions are conducted. Don’t hesitate to schedule!

Even brief lessons are worth getting if they're from Jonathan Reyles. He has shown me simple techniques of the yoga and movement variety that have actually helped me control my own stress within moments. His teaching has been an incredible gift. I highly recommend this teacher.

Jonathan is amazing when it comes to teaching you not only the technical and physical aspects of a yoga asana, but also information in regards to energetics that is essential to deepen your practice. When I hit a plateau in my self practice, Jonathan re-ignited the love I have for yoga as a holistic system. Thanks to not only his informative explanations, but his passion for yoga as a holistic means to find your inner potential, I am back on my mat. :) He doesn't just tell you how to get into a yoga asana. He explains the essentials and answers any questions you have with depth and knowledge. Teachers like him are hard to come by. Take his classes! They are truly worth your time :)

I’ve been taking Jon’s yoga classes throughout this summer and I’ve found them to be fun and impactful. While I’ve had my share of trying out various instructors, Jon stands apart as a very knowledgeable instructor who goes above and beyond to ensure (1) we’re equipped with key principles to strengthen our practice and (2) we’re applying those principles properly and effectively. When I say “knowledgeable”, he doesn’t just leave us with “how” to go about in our practice but does an awesome job in explaining “why”. I truly appreciate insight like this as I’ve met other instructors who couldn’t go into as much depth as Jon did. Altogether, Jon is an awesome instructor who’s very personable and passionate about what he teaches. He’s great at building rapport and brings much of the humor in class. If I had to describe how I feel after his classes, it’s goodbye to stress and hello to more energy! ---Net net, my time and energy has been well spent learning from him and I’m very much looking forward to continue!
