We booked Meredith for a Mother’s Day yoga session, and she was incredible. The class was seamless, calming, and exactly what we were hoping for. My whole family commented on how thoughtfully she guided each pose, making the session approachable and enjoyable for all ages and experience levels. - Special Event offering Yoga, Reiki or Meditation $250 Base
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A complimentary 15 minute call learning about their goals, past injuries, what led them to want to practice yoga or receive Reiki and what they hope to get out of our sessions.
For Animal Reiki a complimentary 15 minute call to hear about what's going on with their fur baby and how I can help.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've completed over 500 hours of Yoga teacher training. 300 of those hours were a focus in Yoga Therapy
I completed level 1 and 2 of Gentle Somatic Yoga Training
Reiki Level 1,2,3 and now I'm a Reiki Master
I continue to learn and grow in my field so I can offer my clients many different tools
