I had a challenging experience with the employee who came out to spray wash my courtyard, patio, and sidewalk. First, he was scheduled to come Friday at 3:00 pm; however, he called me on Thursday at 3:00 pm and said he had arrived. When I asked him to return on Friday, he told me he had already rented the equipment and could not take it back. I said this would be difficult because I was not there to show him the areas that needed to be cleaned. He asked me to explain, and I mentioned that I needed the backyard patio cleaned. After he was done, I asked him if he had cleaned the backyard patio, and he said he was done. When I arrived home, I noticed the backyard patio was not complete. I told him I would pay him, but I needed the backyard patio complete. He said no problem; he would come on Friday. He did not show up on Friday even though I waited for him. On Saturday, I called him, and he said he didn't make it on Friday but he asked me to send him a picture of the backyard, and he would send me an estimate. - When I said this was part of the original project, he texted me that his time was not free. I told him not to come back- I would find someone else. Unless you have a lot of time to watch over your project, I would not use this person.

Morgan was extremely professional and polite throughout the entire process of getting my driveway pressure washed.
When I first contacted OC pressure washing I was a little hesitant due to the fact I have not heard much about this company and they didn't have many reviews. Once I started finished my conversation with him I felt immediate relief as he was able to supply me with a quote and an estimated time of completion.
I cannot remember the last time my driveway looked so good. I will 100% be recommending this company to all my friends and family.

He came by on time this past weekend did a very good job on getting some oil stains out of my driveway. Very nice guy 100% recommend.
