- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are Licensed, Bonded and Insured. Competetive priced. Serving the Trade. Volume discounts can be achieved when others clients are choosing the same materials, we will get you the best volume pricing whenever possible. Prices can vary, by edge detail work, shapes of your island or penninusla as an example. Every job is unique and different. Our estimates may seem slightly higher but we include all scope of work required at time of bid. We dont low ball just to get into your house. Also, compare our scope of work to others for an apples to apples. Ensuring our clients and Bellisimo have a Win Win relationship to make the project beautiful and within your budget.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Everything starts with your imagination... What area are we changing? What is your budget? This is important, because it saves time in material selection, as the difference in some slabs can be thousands of dollars. Sometimes it may be best to wait until more money is available in order to do the entire bathroom. After we have the scope, and all materials have been selected, estimate has been accepted, then we plan for the job start date.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am the product of 4 Generations of Stone and Tile Craftmen, 35 years personal experience not including the child labor I have done with my family :) . Bellisimo staff is comprised of, men and women, designers, journeymen fabricators, and tile setters. We have been certified to work with all types of engineered stone, by the manufacturers that Care enough to provide that personalized training for their products. Cambria, Neolith, Dekton Caesarstone, Silestone, Pental, My crews and staff have Personal Pride and love of this trade that creates a great Synergy within the company and with our clients.
