- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing for arches, garlands, and other balloon decor starts at $250+. I do require a non-refundable deposit to lock in your date and time once we have discussed and confirmed what you are looking for!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to inquire as much information about what you are looking for and will provide a mock-up digital design with the color theme and design style so you know what to expect!
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
Think about your party theme, colors, placement, and size of the decor you would like.
