Johnny texted me that he'd arrive 20 minutes late, which he did, exactly. He arrived without a leaf-vacuum--I needed leaf removal and weeding. I showed Johnny the job. Rather than return with working equipment another day, he chose to work manually, raking. Then his wife joined him. Johnny had an efficient way of working to address the various yard areas to arrive at a complete, finished job. They worked quietly together for a half day to finish the work. They knew the various plants so I didn't have to worry that they'd remove (or leave) the wrong things. The work was done near perfectly; very nice end results.

Johnny did an excellent job painting three of the rooms in our home for a reasonable price. He and his assistant were meticulous not to get any paint on our hardwood floors, trim, or exposed beam ceilings. And they finished in a day! Great work!
