Attended a session with the therapist. Really enjoyed it and found it very helpful. I still remember and use some of the techniques she taught me. I found her soothing voice very healing.

Maria worked with me on my fears using EFT (tapping) and helped me with my fear of stairs, heights, crowds and water. She followed it up with a hypnotherapy session to internalize the new positive associations. As a side bonus, I slept like a baby and didn't have insomnia.
