Excellent - highly recommended for honest appraisal and for educating me. I had rats in the utility room in my basement. I called; Nevo came next day. He was terrific: checked it out, found the entry point of the rats, and advised what to do, even though he could have sold me his services. Nevo is a pro with integrity.

05/14/2025I would like to publicly thank Maxi Sidawi and his team from Attic Care San Leandro for the excellent service they provided in removing and replacing the attic insulation and air ducts and rodent proofing our 45-year-old split-level home.Their communication was excellent. Max provided us first with a verbal estimate during his visit and followed up with a written estimate. I texted Max a couple of times with questions and received a response within about an hour.I received a call or text message letting us know when to expect the crew to arrive.On the day the work was done they arrived on time and covered all areas with plastic. Each man had his own job or jobs. They were professional and courteous.They cleaned everything up when they were done and finished the job much earlier than expected.I would give this Max and his crew a five-star rating.
