As an experienced building contractor, I understand that every project is unique. My pricing is tailored to reflect the specific skill required, material selections (whether supplied by me or the client), and any specialized tools or equipment needed to complete the job properly. I don’t rely on generic national hourly rates that often include unnecessary overhead or markup. Instead, I provide flexible, transparent pricing that’s designed to offer real value—ensuring you pay for quality fast work, not inflated rates.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When a customer contacts me, I make it a top priority to respond promptly and professionally. My process is designed to ensure clear communication, transparency, and a smooth experience from start to finish: Quick Response: I respond as soon as possible and personally introduce myself. Initial Meeting: I offer my earliest available appointment to meet in person, assess the project, and answer any questions. Project Review: During the meeting, we walk through the scope of work and the client's vision and goals in detail. Budget Discussion: If the customer has a set budget, we discuss various options how to be creative and strategic to make the most of the client's budget dollars. If there is no set budget, I provide a detailed quote based on the expected scope, materials, and labor. Agreement & Scheduling: Once the customer is comfortable with the budget or quote, we sign a contract and establish a schedule agreeable for everyone. Pre-Construction Planning: We review the project timeline, discuss the work process, and explore any alternatives or options that may apply. Customer Experience: Throughout the project, I prioritize keeping clients informed, comfortable, and confident in the progress. Customer satisfaction is always at the center of what I do.
