Magician Joshua Logan aka Magicology
Josh Logan aka Magicology made for an incredibly fun time from first contact through the end of the show and even after.
First off, Josh is such a perceptive guy. Talking on the phone you know that he is invested in who he's hired by. He wants to get to know them. When I told Josh about my idea for a Variety Show at my house he was both curious and excited. As we talked more I thought he'd be a great fit for the concept.
Josh had another job in the area and was able to come by my place about a month before the show to get a lay of the land. He hung around for a bit, chatted with my roommates and we just talked. Josh is a friendly, personable guy. On his way out he made a point to have me gather some people that were around and he gave me a 'sneak peak' into his magical talents. Holy Sh*t! This guy blew all of our minds. Once you hire Josh you'll learn that he is an incredible magician, but he says he's really well practiced in the art of astonishment. We were all incredibly astonished. And then with that he walked out the door and left us completely STOKED for his performance the next month.
On the day of the show, Josh Logan came in ready to impress. For a crowd of about 80 people he moved throughout the yard and around the crowd, engaging.. and astonishing. It is one of those things that you really just can't believe that it's anything but magic. So many eyes, ears, people all around and yet we're all left scratching our heads not able to figure it out.
Magicology has this down. Let him talk to you. Let him blow your mind. There's no group, person, whoever that can watch this guy perform and feel disappointed. Such an amazing job Josh!
