My husband and I absolutely loved working with Evan & Cydney! They took pictures at the welcome party of our wedding weekend and we are so happy we got to work with them. They got a great mix of action photos, photos of the setting and portraits. It was so nice to be in the moment and not need to worry about family members taking pictures of the night. The pictures came out so well and really captured the night. They were so easy to communicate with- even almost 2 years later when I reached out for another folder of the pictures, they responded within an hour. Thank you SO much Evan & Cydney! I would highly recommend working with them!!!!

Evan and Cydney are absolutely great at what they do, period. They have an awesome passion for helping you celebrate and capture moments how you want. They have an eye for fun photos as well! Overall, they are great at providing a great service while being extremely easy to work with!

From the engagement shoot to the wedding day and beyond, the Foatographers were amazing! The wife and I had never done a photoshoot outside of class yearbook photos, so we were a nervous wreck going into both. Having such creative and confident photographers really put both of us at ease, and it shows in the amazing pictures that we received. We're not big on formal, so we wanted a relaxed atmosphere at the wedding. With that kind of chaos, it can be hard for photo teams to work, but not this team! They caught pictures and angles I didn't even think to request. Nothing got in their way, and we now have a huge library of forever memories. They went well above and far beyond any expectations we had. As I mentioned, I'm not a fan of photoshoots, but I'll happily go to the Foatographers for any future photoshoot needs. If I could describe the work they did for us in one word: GORGEOUS!!!

Cydney & Evan are amazing!! They worked with us on everything, making sure the photos we wanted were captured as well as providing ideas for photos. We also have a very big family and they helped the process go very smoothly!!

We planned a very last minute elopement and came across Cydney and Evan on Thumbtack and decided to book them after seeing beautiful photographs of weddings and engagements on their website and Instagram. It was our first time doing a professional shoot and we mostly had concerns about posing for the portraits. We filled out the questionnaire a couple weeks before the event and this helped us express what exactly we were looking for in our photos. This was so important and such a great first step to help the photographers understand how to approach our shoot. They were able to meet our basic needs and charge a great price for a shorter shoot. Other photographers would only do all day packages with extravagant offers that were really nice, but something we didn't need for our spontaneous day. The hourly or small elopement package Cydney and Evan offered was more than enough for us and was exactly what we were looking for. They arrived on the day with no problem and we chatted briefly about what we wanted documented during the ceremony. We left it in their hands as experts and they did not disappoint! We managed to get the entire ceremony covered, family/friend group photos afterward, and portraits taken of us within our 2 hour slot. Cydney suggested ideas for posing and directed us beautifully so the photographs turned out incredible. This is exactly what we had hoped for as we can be awkward with picture taking sometimes. They made us feel so relaxed and comfortable and kept up the happy, fun mood which made a huge impression on how the photographs turned out. The beautiful setting was captured perfectly as well as details and our expressions. We were blown away by how many great quality shots they left us with in the end. Their editing aesthetic is also so warm and dreamy. Looking back on the photos is like reliving the day all over again. Having two photographers at the same time was also an added bonus as we received close up shots focusing on expressions and farther away ones including the whole setting. We can't stress enough how amazing it was working together with them and the product we received in the end. If you are looking for someone to capture your special moments and don't want the stress and worry of organising and constantly communicating to ensure good results, you should definitely book them. Their work is just fantastic and they are so easygoing and trustworthy with the entire process.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is based on several components that go into photography: hourly time spent taking photos, time spent editing, equipment upkeep, and travel time. We are willing to work with your budget, so please don't hesitate to let us know what you are thinking!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, we will discuss what you are looking for and pricing. Usually, this is done over email (or even text!). Then if you are interested we can meet in person (if possible) or talk on the phone and hash out some more details. When you are ready to book, we send over a contract for you to sign along with a short questionnaire to fill out. Then we proceed with your event/photoshoot!

Bachelor's degree in Cinematic Arts from Azusa Pacific University
