- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The process can very, but typically after a basic and normal introduction, I continue to ask questions and gather information on the issue so when I arrive I have the customers expectations already at hand
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
6yrs tutelage under a 40yr Master plumber, 1yr @ ARS, 11 years of military experience and training has helped me develop a keen sense of workmanship and dedication to the plumbing trade.
