- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My starting price is based on the value I know I will bring, as well as the current average pay in SoCal, combined with my previous income for my experience and skill level.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I am new to being my own boss, so am open to lots of communication and following the lead of the host. I’m flexible & knowledgeable so can happily guide and answer questions to see if we are a good fit.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
It’s the only industry I’ve known for the past two decades. I handled the busiest bar in San Diego while consistently keeping guests smiling. My training at The Cheesecake Factory has prepared me for any bartending job I could ever wish for as an entrepreneur.
