- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is straightforward and project-based — no surprise fees. Every estimate is itemized so you know exactly what you're paying for, including permits, engineering, etc. Dumpster rentals are priced by size and rental period starting at $500. We don't charge travel fees anywhere in San Diego County for demo estimates.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Pool Removal: Reach out and describe your pool — size, type (gunite, fiberglass, vinyl), and whether you plan to build over the area after. We'll get you a written, itemized estimate fast. Once you sign, we handle the permit, schedule the crew, and get to work — most projects start within 1–2 weeks. We keep you updated throughout so you always know where the job stands. Dumpster Rental: Tell us what size you need and where it's going. We'll confirm availability and get it delivered — often same day. When you're done loading, just give us a text or call and we'll schedule pickup. No hassle, no runaround. We serve all of San Diego County.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team brings a combined 40+ years of hands-on experience across Southern California in demolition, hauling, dumpster rental, and responsible disposal and recycling of construction materials. We're trained in operating both small and heavy machinery across residential, commercial, and industrial projects — including excavators and roll-off truck operations. We hold two active CSLB licenses: a C-21 Demolition license and a C-27 Landscaping license — which means we're fully equipped to handle the entire outdoor scope in one shot. We demo the pool, clear the hardscape, and restore the yard. No need to coordinate separate contractors. Every job is done to California safety standards and industry best practices. We are a fully licensed demolition contractor in the State of California, committed to safety, compliance, and industry-standard best practices on every job site.
