I reached out to Dan and he immediately called. Offered to help troubleshoot my issue over the phone. We tried a bit, but, I wasn’t getting it, so he sent his tech, Fabian out to look at my issue. I had installed some three-way smart switches but they were not working. Fabian came out figured out what was going on and redid all the wires for me. Communication between Dan and Fabian was fantastic. Very polite and patient. Also, very good value for the work done.

First step is free of charge estimate projects to make sure that we are always on the same page with customer and his needs
