Brandon did a great job with our various jobs. He was personable, responsive and efficient. He replaced some outlets for us, fixed some drawers and did some drywall repair. Everything looked great! We're even going to have him come back and fix the door going to our garage as well. We would definitely recommend Brandon!

Honestly! This is now my go to company! I requested some price information on Wednesday night 2 minutes later I received a call and less then 24 hours Brandon had arrived and fixed both issues. 100% excellent service and will use anytime I need assistance with the house.

Brandon and his coworker have done a wonderful job. We had mouse problem in our kitchen for 3 weeks and pest control people only put mouse taps in there without doing anything about the hole. Brandon was very busy, working on weekends, but still squeeze some time for us new clients. They pulled the stove out and found a giant hole on the wall. They left it for pest people to treat. Sadly, only a lousy job was done by a simple screen. Brandon came later that day and did some measurements and headed right away to home depot for purchasing materials. They filled the hole with thick dry wall and painted the wall like there was never a hole there. It took them maybe 50 minutes. So efficient and thorough. I feel so relieved in the kitchen now.
I asked him what kind of jobs they do in the house. His answer is everything except garage door and building tables from scratch. I am so happy we have him to work in the house. In the future definitely we will hire him again for changing kitchen tiles, mounting tv and changing windows.

FAQs
What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Typically, we work on a fixed price structure so everyone knows going into the job exactly what the costs will be. If you need hourly we can certainly make arrangements. We do have a minimum of $200, which covers the first hour, so please take the time to make a list of tasks instead of just 1 task; this saves you money.
Vista and San Marcos enjoy a 5% discount because that's where we live and work.
In addition, we offer a 5% discount to Military and Seniors.
Discounts cannot be combined.
Finally, due to the current cost of fuel/gasoline we are now charging a $15 Trip Charge. We don't want to do this but hope you can understand.
If any of the above information does not make sense, please, please contact me!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, I try to get back to everyone asap. However, actually doing work myself can make this difficult at times.
Second, I listen. I do my best to interpret what the customer really wants.
Third, I try to get my new clients scheduled ASAP. Sometimes the same day.
Finally, if everything is agreeable, Dive-In! Get the job done and... done right.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I owned my own Construction Company for 5 years and am able to literally build you a house starting from just a piece of land; although that is getting more and more difficult here in California. Please read how I got started in this type of work for more depth into my training.
