- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
There will always be a higher charge for the first service it takes more time to get the house in shape, and in this way give it a maintenance that makes your house feels clean and cozy as possible. If you want to continue with our service I will give you a reasonable price, depending on the size, pets in home, and type of service that your house requires. You can always send me photos of your house, or we can schedule for an estimate at no cost.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first time we do a cleaning in a new place, we always do a Deep Clean so that on the next service, we would do a maintanance to keep your house nice and clean..
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started at the age of 15 helping my mother, working only in the basics, such as cleaning mirrors and dusting... In my adulthood I continued working with family and close friends, until I decided to start my own business.
